As of 2025, AJANC has transitioned to an online-only publication, supporting Azerbaijan's COP29 agenda and contributing to reducing our environmental impact. Moving AJANC to online-only journal demonstrates our commitment to disseminating leading research in the field of nephrology, dialysis and transplantology. 

Azerbaijan Journal of Nephrology, Dialysis & Transplantology (AJANC - Azerbaijan Journal of Azerbaijan Nephrology Society) is a peer reviewed journal publishing 2 issues per year online. The journal covers the whole territory of nephrology and transplantology research including experimental work in animal models and molecular biology studies. In the clinical science section, Journal considers clinical trials (RCTs have priority), observational studies and original work on public health and health technologies. Journal aims to cover the whole spectrum of kidney disease research, from clinical nephrology to haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis as well as kidney transplantation. 

Journal is the leading nephrology journal in Azerbaijan and Caucasus region.  

AJANC is an official journal of the Azerbaijan Society of Nephrology. To publish the journal, ASN partners with "Uptodate in Medicine" health sciences publishing (UIM Publishing), a for-profit publisher based in Baku, Azerbaijan republic.
